The Skate 218 tournament is our 10u girls teams. In the 2021-2022 hockey season we had 24 teams participate in the tournament. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) partnered with us and had a booth available for anyone who wanted more information, other handouts, or kid friendly conversation starters. Each team had a locker room talk where an M3 team member talked about the importance of mental health, checking in on friends, and how to be your best self.
